Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or worn compression garments, boards, or personal care items cannot be returned.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for sizing issues, subject to stock availability.

2. Services (Surgery Companions, Recovery Homes, Aftercare Packages)

Deposits:

Deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward future bookings if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the service date.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

If a medical emergency prevents you from using our service, please provide medical documentation, and we will assess case by case.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
